    • Passenger load factor: 84.1%, +4.4 ppts;

      • Latin America: 78%, +1.1 ppts;
      • Europe: 81.4%, +7.9 ppts;
      • Asia Pacific: 82.2%, +8.3 ppts;
  • 3 months ended Mar-2012:
    • Revenue passenger miles: +1.0%;
      • Domestic: +0.8%;
      • International: +1.3%;
      • Latin America: +1.9%;
      • Europe: -0.8%;
      • Asia Pacific: +3.9%;
    • Passenger load factor: 79.7%, +3.3 ppts;
