Comair creditors agree to extend rescue plan deadline as potential investors express interest

Comair (South Africa) announced (30-Jun-2020) its creditors granted its business rescue practitioners an extension until 28-Jul-2020 for the publishing of a business rescue plan, after an interested investor group requested more time to progress its offer. The potential investors submitted a non binding expression of interest on 21-Jun-2020. Business rescue practitioner Richard Ferguson stated: "For this business rescue to succeed, funding will be required.
