Cargolux appoints new chairman and directors

Cargolux appointed (15-Jan-2013) Paul Helminger as chairman and Alphonse Berns, Paul Mousel and Patrick Nickels as directors, effective 15-Jan-2013, following Luxembourg's acquisition of Qatar Airways' 35% stake in Cargolux. The airline confirmed its current ownership structure of Luxair (43.4%), Luxembourg Government (35%), Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat (10.9%) and Société Nationale de Crédit et d'Investissement (10.7%), effective 31-Dec-2012.
