Brazil's domestic pax traffic up 1% in Mar-2013, int'l pax traffic up 10%

Brazil’s National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) reports (17-Apr-2013) the following traffic highlights for Mar-2013:

  • Passenger traffic (RPKs):
    • Domestic: +1.1% year-on-year;
      • Avianca Brazil: +30.4%;
      • Azul: +29%;
      • GOL: +6.3%;
      • Grupo TAM: +3.8%;
      • NHT: -41.1%;
      • Passaerdo: -28.5%;
      • Sete: +55.7%;
      • Total: -2.1%;
      • Trip: -2.6%;
    • International: +9.5%;
      • GOL: +37%;
      • Grupo TAM: +6.6%;
  • Load factor:
    • Domestic: 71.3%;
      • Avianca Brazil: 82.2%;
      • Azul: 79.3%;
      • GOL: 65.3%;
      • Grupo TAM: 73.2%;
      • NHT: 42.9%;
      • Passaerdo: 69.5%;
      • Sete: 65.2%;
      • Total: 91.8%;
      • Trip: 74.9%;
    • International: 71.6%;
