Azul sees 'faster than expected' demand recovery

Azul announced (13-Aug-2020) the carrier successfully implemented a management plan to confront the COVID-19 pandemic and optimise the carrier for the future, engaging all of its stakeholders including crew members, lessors, aircraft manufacturers, suppliers and the Government of Brazil. Azul conservatively assumed demand would recover to approximately 40% of pre-coronavirus levels by the end of 2020.
