AirAsia X passenger numbers up 56.5% in 1Q2011

AirAsia X reports (04-May-2011) the following traffic highlights for the three months ended Mar-2011:

  • Passenger numbers: 0.6 million, +56.5% year-on-year;
  • Passenger traffic (RPKs): +59.8%;
  • Capacity (ASKs): +48%;
  • Passenger load factor: 81%, +6.0 ppts;
  • Cargo volume: 8324 tonnes, +182.2%. [more]
