AirAsia chief global affairs officer: Airports need to get stakeholders in alignment

AirAsia chief global affairs officer Juergen Keitel, speaking at the CAPA LCCs in North Asia Summit, stated (12-Jun-2018) the fact that a variety of stakeholders "operate in one small space" at airports, including customs, immigration, quarantine and security personnel, creates stress for passengers. Mr Keitel said airports need to "get stakeholders harmonised and in alignment" to reduce stress and provide a seamless experience for passengers. He cited Singapore Changi Airport terminal 4 as an example of how to use technology to create a seamless experience for passengers.
