Air New Zealand pax and load factor down in Aug-2012, mixed yields
Air New Zealand passenger numbers down 3% - traffic highlights for Aug-2012:

- Short-haul: 860,000, -3.8%;
- Domestic: 608,000, -6.2%;
- Tasman/Pacific: 251,000, +2.7%;
- Long-haul: 116,000, +4.2%;
- Asia/Japan/UK: 50,000, +2.0%;
- North America/UK: 65,000, +6.0%;
- Short-haul: 860,000, -3.8%;
- Passenger load factor: 81.6%, -0.3 ppt;
- Short-haul: 80.5%, -2.4 ppts;
- Domestic: 78.8%, -2.1 ppts;
- Tasman/pacific: 81.2%, -2.7 ppts;
- Long-haul: 82.6%, +1.6 ppts;
- Asia/Japan/UK: 79.9%, -1.0 ppt;
