Air France-KLM pax up 2% in Jul-2012, cargo traffic down 6%. RASK ex currency up

Air France-KLM reports (07-Aug-2012) the following traffic highlights in Jul-2012:

  • Passenger numbers: 7.4 million, +1.5% year-on-year;
  • Passenger load factor: 86.9%, -0.4 ppt;
    • Europe: 80.4%, -1.6 ppts;
    • Americas: 90.7%, +0.4 ppt;
    • Asia Pacific: 89.4%, -2.0 ppts;
    • Africa and Middle East: 85.1%, +0.1 ppt;
    • Caribbean and Indian Ocean: 85.5%, +2.1 ppts;
  • Cargo traffic (RTKs): -5.5%;
  • Cargo load factor: 61.6%, -2.5 ppts. [more – original PR]
