Air China targets 700 aircraft by 2015, plans to be ranked among top five airlines by profitability

Air China parent China National Aviation Holding Company general manager Wang Changshun stated the group will have a fleet of 700 aircraft by 2015 and expects to be ranked among the world's top five airlines in terms of total assets, profitability and sales revenue by this time, according to Xinhua reports. At the end of 2011, China National Aviation Holding had CNY180.0 billion (USD28.1 billion) in total assets and a fleet of more than 430 aircraft.
