Aerolineas Argentinas Mariano Recalde stated the carrier expects to report a loss of USD400 million in 2010, according to the Economic and Commercial Counsellor’s Office of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Argentina. The carrier reported a loss of USD942 million in 2008 and a loss of USD590 million in 2009.
