Aeroflot expects greater regulation of airport services to contain price increases

Aeroflot Group stated (16-May-2019) the expansion of the list of ground handling charges regulated by Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service will allow containment of an increase in the costs of unregulated services. Aeroflot Group's actual costs in 2018 exceeded the budget for the year, with price increases at airports in Russia and overseas contributing.
