Aer Arann expected to exit examinership on 10-Nov-2010

Aer Arann is expected to exit examinership on 10-Nov-2010, after the Irish High Court approved its proposed scheme of arrangement (RTE News/irishtimes.com, 05-Nov-2010). The approval comes after Revenue Commissioners agreed the carrier GBP436,000 in debts will be repaid to revenue over 18 months. Aer Arann stated the scheme of arrangement will safeguard all 320 jobs at the carrier and more than 200 indirect jobs at Irish regional airports.
