ACI: Domestic traffic continues to improve in all regions

Airports Council International (ACI) World stated (02-Nov-2020) Aug-2020 data shows domestic passenger traffic continues to improve in all regions. Signs of recovery could be seen in Europe and Asia-Pacific with Aug-2020 domestic volumes at -36.8% year-on-year in Europe and -46.8% in the Asia Pacific. The Latin America/Caribbean (-75%) and African (-72.5%) regions remain the most effected regions. North America (-66.7%), which showed early signs of recovery of its domestic passenger market, continues to improve but at a slower pace than Europe and the Asia Pacific. [more - original PR]
