      • Latin America: 3.4 million, +4.8%;
      • Asia Pacific: 1.1 million, -5.1%;
    • Load factor: 81.3%, -0.1 ppt;
      • Domestic: 81.7%, +0.1 ppt;
      • International: 80.5%, -0.5 ppt;
      • Trans-Atlantic: 80.1%, -0.5 ppt;
      • Latin America: 79.9%, +0.2 ppt;
      • Asia Pacific: 82%, -1.2 ppts;
  • 12 months ended Dec-2011:
    • Passenger numbers: 535.8 million, +1.5%;
