Kuwait and Vietnam sign open skies agreement

Kuwait and Vietnam signed (22-Dec-08) an expanded bilateral air services agreement, eliminating all restrictions on passenger and cargo operations and permitting carriers to use fifth freedom rights, commencing 2010. Kuwait Airways, Jazeera Airways, Wataniya Airways and LoadAir received designated carrier status on the Kuwaiti side.
