Change to the Board

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Mr. Pieter van Hoven has taken a decision to retire as chairperson of the board. Mr Van Hoven will however continue to serve on the board as an Independent Non-Executive Director. His retirement as Chairperson will take effect immediately following the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on or about Tuesday, the 29st of October 2019. An announcement regarding the new chairman of the board will be made in the next few weeks.
