Southlake (SABRE AIRLINE SOLUTIONS) - Sabre Airline Solutions, the leading provider of software and services to the airline industry from planning to execution, and Softair AG, dedicated to the development of standard software products for all participants in the air cargo industry, today announced a cooperative agreement to offer an end-to-end cargo solution.
The partners' existing products -- Sabre(R) CargoMax(TM) Revenue and Pricing Suite, and Softair's Cargospot suite of reservations and operations solutions -- will serve as the core of the end-to-end offering. As part of the cooperation, Sabre Airline Solutions and Softair have agreed to collaborate to perform all necessary integration. In addition, the partners have agreed to market each other's products. Finally, the partners have agreed to offer hosting services for Cargospot via Sabre(R) eMergo(R) Web access, an application service provider (ASP) platform.
