The airline catering business has undergone a radical transformation

already occurred and more is on the way, as Italian fast food restaurant operator,

Autogrill SpA, moved to acquire a 12.5% stake in Alpha Airports Group PLC. Autogrill

stated it is considering making an offer for Alpha’s remaining equity,

causing its shares to surge over 30%.
