Pakyong Airport is an airport approximately 13km from Gangtok in India’s Sikkim State. INR6.06 billion (USD95.3 million) had  been allocated for its development by the Airports Authority of India. The airport is located at 4700ft, making it one of the highest airports in India. Pakyong Sikkim Airport is expected to be inaugurated on 30-Nov-2017.
