Minoan Air is a Greek carrier founded in Sep-2011. Based at Heraklion International Airport, the carrier operates services throughout Europe utilising Fokker F50 equipment. Minoan Air’s expansion includes the establishment of a hub in Oxford, UK and Lugano, Switzerland. The carrier was founded by George Mavrantonakis, co-founder of Sky Express, former Chief Operating Officer and Accountable Manager of Olympic Airlines and former Advisor to the President of Olympic Airways.
