Air Link was an Australian regional airline and aircraft engineering and maintenance service provider based at Dubbo Airport, in New South Wales. Originally founded in 1971 as a charter operator, Air Link commenced scheduled regional services in 1991. The carrier was acquired by Regional Express Holdings in Nov-2005. In Dec-2008, Air Link withdrew its scheduled services to focus on its charter and aircraft maintenance business. As of Aug-2014, the carrier has resumed scheduled services on behalf of Rex. Regional Express (Rex) announced the divestment of Air Link in Sep-2018, following termination of passenger services in Jan-2018. Air Link operated a mix of turboprop aircraft including the Beechcraft 1900D.
