Kuwait Airways privatisation process seemingly caught in a bureaucratic net

Kuwait Airways Managing Director, Hamad Al-Falah, reportedly announced the carrier plans to purchase from 30 to 60 aircraft and to alter its organisational structure following the carrier's privatisation. Fleet exapansion has been mooted before, but has not proceeded, as Cabinet approval was required, but was not forthcoming.
