The Malaysian Government is planning to transform Kuala Lumpur

International Airport (KLIA) into the biggest low cost carrier (LCC) hub in

the world. Last week, it announced plans to construct a new LCC terminal (LCCT)

at the airport, with capacity for 30 million passengers p/a.
