Jazeera Airways: an impressive turnaround mooted, despite mid-year setbacks

Stefan Pichler, CEO of Kuwait-based LCC Jazeera Airways, says the carrier expects to post a full-year profit in 2009. He stated, "we are going to be profitable for the full year", adding that profitability will come through cutting costs and improving revenues, which came in at KWD20 million (USD70.1 million) in 1H2009.
