Double-digit traffic growth in India domestic market continues; 46% up on Sep-2008 levels

Airline traffic growth in India remained in the double digits in Sep-2010 for two consecutive Septembers of traffic growth with traffic now rebounded to well above pre-recession levels. Growth has averaged 18.5% in the year-to-date while the stability in the sector has improved with the continued passenger growth combined with a pick up in business travel and hence yields.
