DNATA enters strategic partnership with Toll in Australia

Dnata, an international airport services provider, signed a

strategic partnership with Toll Air Services, one of Australia's premier ground

handling operators, on 09-Jul-07. Toll Air Services is a division of Toll Holdings

Ltd, while Dnata is part of the Emirates Group.

The partnership, in which Dnata has acquired a 50% shareholding, will inject new capital, equipment and technology into Toll's Australian airport operations, in addition to the sharing of ground handling best practices.

Toll Managing Director, Mr Paul Little said: "We welcome Dnata as a strategic partner and investor in Toll Air Services. They will bring into this partnership their extensive operational and marketing expertise in the ground handling business internationally, and we are confident that this will be a win-win partnership.

"Our plan is to build on our current base to strengthen and grow the business. Our immediate focus over the next few months is to enhance our current capabilities with investment in facilities and new equipment. We look forward to providing our customers with an enhanced and broader range of services."
