It has emerged this week that a group of investors plans to construct a new low cost carrier terminal (LCCT), entitled 'Terminal A', on the eastern side of Copenhagen Kastrup Airport, aimed at attracting LCCs to the city. No ownership or funding details have been provided. However, the investor group, consisting of several former Kastrup Airport administrators, is reportedly seeking to create a partnership with Danish LCC, Sterling, for the project.
