Bangalore International Airport Ltd (BIAL) confirmed Bengaluru International Airport still plans to introduce User Development Fee (UDF) for domestic passengers, although the amount and the date of implementation is yet to be officially approved. The drawn out UDF issue is having a negetive impact on the airport's finances in the critical start-up and development phase.
