Bahrain Air - One year on and no intention of slowing growth

Premium Analysis

Bahrain Air celebrated its first year of operations in Feb-2009, and displays no signs of slowing its growth, despite spread of the global economic downturn to the Middle East. Since its launch in early 2008, Bahrain Air has now captured a significant share of its home market, despite competing head-to-head with Gulf Air, long established in Bahrain, on most of its routes.
