ANA's strategic plans announced

SYDNEY (Centre For Asia Pacific Aviation) - ANA Group announced (27-Jan-06) the following strategic plans for the 12 months ending 31-Mar-07, including:


International:
  • Introduce smaller aircraft including B737-700NGs and A320s on certain routes, including China;
  • Enhance role of the Star Alliance;
Domestic:
  • Increase frequency from the three airports in the Osaka region;
  • Expand codeshare services with partners, including the recently announced agreement with Skynet Asia Airways.
Meanwhile, All Nippon Airways (ANA) announced (27-Jan-06) plans to add five A320s to expand services to China. ANA plans to purchase three and lease two A320s, which will be powered by CFM56-5B4/P engines.
