Air Berlin soars on solid yields, Finnair falls on poor fourth quarter - share wrap

Air Berlin shares rose 8.6% on 05-Feb-09 as the airline revealed double-digit revenue per ASK growth in Jan-09 and load factors eased only slightly (-0.3 ppts), as the airline cut capacity by 4.5%.
Finnair shares dropped 2.9% as it unveiled a EUR12.5 million EBIT loss in the fourth quarter of 2008, taking the full year figure to a slender profit of EUR6.6 million, down 93.2%.
