The carrier provided service between Pike County and Nashville International Airport. Appalachian was JV between Corporate Flight Management and Public Charters, Inc. The carrier operated a fleet of British Aerospace Jetstream 32 turboprop aircraft. It ceased operations in Jul-2015, due to financial difficulties.
