Aeropelican Air Services

Aeropelican Air Services is based in Newcastle, Australia and provides regional services from Sydney to Newcastle, Narrabri, Mudgee, and Cooma/ Snowy Mountains using a fleet of BAe Jetstream 32.

In Sep-2001, the collapse of parent company Ansett Australia occured and Aeropelican was placed into administration where it was then acquired by International Air Parts in Apr-2002. A commercial agreement upon with Regional Express Airlines on Jun-2003 and in 2008 International Air Parts sold the airline to Business Air Holdings.

Aeropostal is a Venezuelan carrier and is based at Caracas Simon Bolivar Airport. The carrier was government owned until 1994, when it was sold to private company Corporacion Alas de Venezuela. It operates both domestic and international services.

Aerospace One is a Greek start-up planning to launch charter and AMCI services with Boeing 747-400F and 747-200F equipment. The carrier will base its fleet at Chateauroux Airport in France and plans to develop routes between Asia and South America via Europe including Brazil and India.

AeroSur was a Bolivian airline with its main base at Viru Viru International Airport in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. AeroSur is the national airline of Bolivia, operating to destinations in South America, the Caribbean, North America and Spain. Aerosur ceased operations on 31-Mar-2012.
