United Continental operating revenue up 1.4% - financial highlights for the three months ended Mar-2013:

  • Operating costs: USD8985 million, +1.3%;
    • Fuel: USD3050 million, -5.5%;
    • Labor: USD2127 million, +12.1%;
  • Operating income/loss (USD264 million), compared to a loss of USD271 million in p-c-p;
  • Net income/loss: (USD417 million), compared to a loss of USD448 million in p-c-p;
  • Mainline:
  • Passenger numbers: 21.5 million, -2.0%;
  • Passenger load factor: 81.4%, +2.9 ppts;
