Spring Airlines plans expansion from Hong Kong, service from Chongqing, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Xiamen

Spring Airlines announced (27-Nov-2012) plans expand from Hong Kong, with the launch of service from Chongqing, Hangzhou, Nanjing, and Xiamen, effective 16-Dec-2012.

The carrier, which selected the new destinations through a poll of 15 cities on microblogging site Sina, currently operates twice daily Shanghai Pudong-Hong Kong service, according to Innovata. It also operates Shenyang-Shijiazhuang-Hong Kong service. The results saw 22.8% of votes for Hangzhou, 19.8% for Xiamen, 13.9% for Chongqing and 11.7% for Xiamen. [more - original PR - Chinese]
