SAS Group reports 2QFY2015 results

SAS Group revenue up 11% - financial highlights for three months ended 31-Apr-2015:

  • Revenue: SEK9403 million (EUR1018.6 million), +11.0% year-on-year;
  • Total operating costs: SEK8574 million (EUR928.8 million), +3.2%;
  • Labour: SEK2439 million (EUR264.2 million), -1.8%;
    • Fuel: SEK2299 million (EUR249.1 million), +15.8%;
    • Operating profit: SEK458 million (EUR49.6 million), compared to a loss of SEK661 million (EUR71.6 million) in p-c-p;
  • Net profit: SEK279 million (EUR30.2 million), compared to a loss of SEK112 million (EUR12.1 million) in p-c-p;
  • Passenger numbers: 6.4 million, +0.2%;
  • Passenger load factor: 70.1%, -1.4 ppts;
  • Scheduled passenger yield: SEK1.07 (EUR11.6 cents), +8.8%;
  • Scheduled revenue per ASK: SEK0.75 (EUR8.1 cents), +6.8%;
  • Scheduled cost per ASK: SEK0.87 (EUR9.4 cents), stable;
  • Total assets: SEK30,539 million (EUR3308.2 million);
