RAK Airways believes 'time is right for spectacular re-entry to market'

RAK Airways Chairman Sheikh Omar Bin Saqr Qassimi stated: "The time is right for a spectacular re-entry to the market" (KuwaitSamachar, 24-Nov-2010). The carrier resumed operations in Oct-2010 after suspending operations in 2009 due to the global financial crisis. Sheikh Omar stated the airline hopes to serve expatriates working in RAK from southern India as well as Haj pilgrimages.
