Qatar Airways announces capacity expansion to Saudi Arabia

Qatar Airways confirmed (03-May-2011) it plans to increase frequency to Saudi Arabia by 71% with the introduction of a fourth destination and additional services to existing routes. Medina will become the carrier's fourth destination in Saudi Arabia and will be served with four times weekly service from 14-Jul-2011 with A320 equipment. The carrier will also increase frequency to Riyadh and Jeddah with both services to increase from daily to double daily from 01-Jun-2011. [more]
