Murcia Government to loan New International Airport of Murcia EUR200 million

Spain's Murcia Government reportedly plans to loan the New International Airport of Murcia EUR200 million, after the airport failed to obtain a EUR160 million bank loan required to complete construction (The Leader Newspaper Online, 29-Nov-2009). The airport is scheduled to be completed by 2010, with repayment of the loan to be made within two months of the airport's completion.
