Jetstar to remove non-reclining seats

Jetstar stated it will remove all non-reclining seats in its fleet (The Australian, 18-Feb-2011). The LCC took delivery of 12 A320s with non-reclining seats, designed to reduce the cost of seating and lower maintenance costs. The airline is making the changes in response to poor customer feedback on the seats. All non-reclining seats will be replaced by mid-2011, according to the airline.
