Indonesia AirAsia implementing 'strong corrective actions', aiming to break even in 2015

AirAsia reported (17-Jun-2015) Indonesia AirAsia is implementing "strong corrective actions" to drive a return to profitability in 3Q2015 and 4Q2015. The carrier plans to reduce its fleet by four aircraft, further reduce costs and reduce its dependence on international traffic. The company aims to break even by the end of 2015. RASK is expected to increase in 2H2015 due to forecast higher average airfares and improved demand. CASK is expected to decrease.
