GAP releases 2012 guidance; expects traffic increase of 3-4% and total rev increase of 7.5-8.5%

Mexico's Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP) announced (10-Jan-2012) its expected guidance for the 12-month 2012 period (01-Jan-2012 to 31-Dec-2012):

  • Traffic: Increase of 3% to 4%;
  • Aeronautical revenue: Increase of 8% to 9%;
  • Commercial revenue: Increase of 6.5% to 8%;
  • Total revenue: Increase of 7.5% to 8.5%;
  • Cost of services: Increase of 9% 12%;
  • EBITDA margin: 65.3% to 66.3%;
  • EBITDA: Increase of 6% to 8.5%;
  • Cash tax: 28%;
  • Total CAPEX (PMD + NO PMD): BRL880 million (USD487 million). [more - original PR]
