Denver Airport revenue up 11%, EBITDA up 4% in 1H2010

US' Denver Municipal Airport System reported the following financial highlights for the six months ended 30-Jun-2010:

  • Operating revenue: USD294.1 million, +10.8% year-on-year;
    • Facility rentals: USD115.0 million, +7.6%;
    • Parking revenue: USD60.7 million, +10.0%;
    • Landing fees: USD59.2 million, +18.5%;
    • Concession revenue: USD20.8 million, +2.2%;
    • Car rentals: USD20.8 million, +6.8%;
    • Aviation fuel tax: USD11.2 million, +39.5%;
  • Operating costs: USD177.1 million, +16.1%;
  • EBITDA: USD117.0 million, +3.8%;
  • Passenger numbers: 25.2 million, +3.4%;
  • Aircraft movements: 310,000, +2.3%;
  • Total assets: USD5,226 million, +4.6% when compared with period ended 31-Dec-2009;
  • Total liabilities: USD4,419 million, +4.6% when compared with period ended 31-Dec-2009. [more]
