Croatia to award new Zagreb Airport contract soon

Croatia's Investment Minister, Ivan Domagoj Milosevic, announced the government will award HRK40 billion (USD7.4 billion) in infrastructure contracts in Mar-2011, including a concession to build a new airport to serve Zagreb (Bloomberg, 09-Feb-2010). Aeroports de Paris, Houston Airport System and Fraport have expressed interest in bidding for the Zagreb airport contract.
