Changi might acquire Gemina stake

Singapore's Changi Airport reportedly made an offer to acquire Clessidra Sgr's stake in Gemina SpA (Bloomberg, 03-Feb-2010). Changi is offering USD42 million for the 2.7% stake, less than Clessidra is seeking. Gemina investors request a transaction to be completed by 28-Feb-2010, when the current shareholders agreement expires. Changi will replace Clessidra in the new investors' accord, which will be renewed for three years.
