AirAsia could purchase up to 200 Airbus aircraft at Paris Air Show

AirAsia could reportedly purchase as many as 200 Airbus aircraft at the Paris Air Show (Reuters, 10-Jun-2011). The carrier is reportedly considering acquiring at least 150 of the A320neo, with negotiations spanning 150-200 aircraft. Such an agreement would be worth between USD14 billion and USD18 billion at list prices. AirAsia stated talks were continuing with the manufacturer.
