Air Mauritius 3QFY2011 profits jump, 4Q2011 outlook encouraging

Air Mauritius revenue up 23% - financial highlights for the three months ended 31-Dec-2010:

  • Revenue: EUR125.0 million, +23.0% year-on-year;
  • Operating costs: EUR102.8 million, +17.8%;
  • Operating profit: EUR14.6 million, +66.5%;
  • Net profit: EUR12.6 million, +277.3%;
  • Passenger numbers: +15.4%;
  • Passenger load factor: 82.9%;
  • Passenger yield: +96%;
  • Cargo volume: +10.2%;
  • Total assets: EUR399.1 million, -1.0% when compared to period ended 31-Mar-2010;
  • Total liabilities: EUR285.9 million, -5.7% when compared to period ended 31-Mar-2010. [more]
