Air France-KLM pax ease 0.8% but RASK 'well up' in Aug-2010
Air France-KLM passenger numbers ease 0.8% - traffic highlights in Aug-2010:

- Asia Pacific: 485,000, -0.1%;
- Africa and Middle East: 520,000, -2.3%;
- Caribbean and Indian Ocean: 289,000, +2.1%;
- Load factor: 84.5%, -0.3 ppt;
- Europe: 77.1%, +1.1 ppt;
- Trans-Atlantic: 88.3%, -0.7 ppt;
- Asia Pacific: 88.0%, -0.1 ppt;
- Africa and Middle East: 83.4%, -2.3 ppts;

Air France-KLM: "Leisure traffic was slightly less dynamic than in August 2009 which had seen robust levels of activity. Traffic declined by 1.2% for capacity down by 0.9%. The load factor remained high at 84.5%. The group carried 6.5 million passengers (-0.8%). Unit revenue per available seat kilometre (RASK) continued to improve and was well up on August 2009. Forward bookings for the coming months show a positive trend. [Cargo] traffic rose by 0.5% with capacity down by 0.9%. The load factor gained 0.8 points to 64.3%.
