New geographical structure at the Air France-KLM commercial organization

23-Sep-2013 Within the framework of Air France-KLM's new development phase, the restructuring of the AIR FRANCE KLM Commercial, Sales and Marketing Division took place on 1st July, under the leadership of Patrick Alexandre, Executive Vice President Commercial, Sales and Marketing AIR FRANCE KLM, and Pieter Bootsma, Executive Vice President Commercial Marketing AIR FRANCE KLM.

This organization aims to regroup commercial forces to better serve Air France and KLM while offering greater proximity and reactivity. Sales teams, in contact with customers around the world, Pricing and Revenue Management, Digital and Distribution teams are now under the same roof.

Simpler and more efficient, the commercial organization is also structured around a new geographical division:

This new structure will better provide for the realities of each region. All markets, including the French market, now report to Patrick Alexandre.
